MANUP motivates men to serve as catalysts for positive change in their own lives and communities in all aspects of manhood and brotherhood. Which aligns perfectly with our mission, to create a safe place that promotes growth, liberation, and empowerment through mentorship to all men.

MANUP has been an important part of the mentoring community since 2017. We take pride in providing social and charitable opportunities for our members, and those in our community and we hope you have enjoyed your experience so far! 

Because belonging is something we want every person to feel. There is one guaranteed way to always carry MANUP with you no matter where you are. Every member is encouraged to join our community & acquire a MANUP community shirt. We wear this shirt at various events, meetings and during our volunteer hours. You can, too!

  • Admission to Bi-Monthly MANUP University (MUU) E-Course- MANUP University is the virtual class session for all of our members. Grab your book bag and don’t be late because class is held bi-monthly on so many different topics taught by experts of their field. This curriculum varies from so many real world lessons from life coaching and Life skill courses, to financial, personal and especially professional development. 

  • Mental Health Resources - MANUP’s partnership with Goal driven counseling is a essential part of our mental health initiative. GDC is one of the first Black-owned virtual, multi-state, private group counseling practices in the U.S. Their top goals are to increase access to providers of color and quality care; while decreasing barriers and the stigma associated with seeking mental health support.

  • Newsletter - Our quarterly news letter is another way to stay in the loop. It will include an array of things such as updates on highlights and organizational events, how to support our local-chapters work, and direct access to resources.

  • Access to National Association- There are chapters  represented nationally and as a member, you have access to MANUP wherever you go! Manup focusing on the development global leaders. The future of our organization and our country lies in the ability to develop a pipeline of talented, courageous and effective leaders who can take up the mantle and take on the challenges that lie ahead.
