The Male Advancement Network for Urban Progress (MANUP) is a leadership and development organization committed to building Black men, equipping leaders, and creating brotherhood that transforms communities.
Since 2017, we have created spaces where men can connect, grow, lead, and access the relationships and opportunities necessary to move forward. We believe when men are developed intentionally, the impact reaches beyond the individual. It strengthens leadership, expands opportunity, and transforms the communities around them.

THE BARRIER
Black professionals hold less than 10% of management positions, leaving them underrepresented in the rooms where decisions, resources, and opportunities are shaped.
Black men remain underrepresented in spaces of influence and face systems that block access to wealth, networks, and opportunity. These barriers weaken leadership, stall generational progress, and limit the strength of our communities. This is not a workforce problem, it is a leadership and access gap.

MANUP Global builds the leadership pipeline by equipping Black men with the development, mentorship, relationships, and access needed to lead with confidence and impact.
Through intentional brotherhood and leadership development, we prepare men to advance in their careers, strengthen their families, lead organizations, and become influential voices in their communities.
