Advancement: MANUP is dedicated to the advancement black men and promoting their well-being, empowerment, and positive representation in society. The organization seeks to address systemic challenges and barriers faced by black men, while also working to dismantle stereotypes and negative narratives surrounding them.
Leadership Development: MANUP is committed to developing strong leadership skills and capabilities among black men. The organization provides opportunities for personal and professional growth, mentoring, and skill-building programs to empower black men to become leaders in their communities and drive positive change.

We work tirelessly to break down stereotypes and promote inclusivity, ensuring that Black men are recognized for their significance in society.

MANUP Global is committed to supporting and strengthening families through various programs and initiatives. How do we accomplish this?
At MANUP Global, we accomplish our mission through a powerful three-pillar approach. These three pillars work in harmony to bring our mission to life, empowering Black men, strengthening families, and revitalizing urban communities for a lasting transformation.
Transformational Experiences: Through programs like Brotherhood, WSUP, and Kings Collab, we create opportunities for personal growth and transformation, addressing issues faced by Black boys and men. These experiences extend to families, encouraging positive family dynamics and strengthening relationships.
Leadership Development: Our Leadership Academy serves as a growth platform, offering education, training, and a supportive community for aspiring leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to make an impact.
Mentoring: The Junior Academy empowers youth through engaging programs, group mentoring, and access to positive role models, supporting personal and academic growth among young Black males. These three pillars collectively drive our mission to empower, strengthen, and revitalize communities for lasting transformation.
