Empower and Equip Black Men and Youth with the necessary skills, knowledge and opportunities to growth, develop and thrive by way of the MANUP leadership training programs that will be launching in 2024! These new leadership programs will enable them to reach their full potential and become competent future leaders.
The Junior Academy is a comprehensive program empowering Black middle and high school boys to become confident leaders in their communities. Addressing their unique challenges, the program focuses on fostering leadership skills, personal development, and academic success. Partnering with the BAYER YMCA, the program offers engaging educational content and recreational activities, creating a well-rounded experience that nurtures their potential and encourages positive social interactions. By equipping young Black Men with valuable tools and support, The Junior Academy aims to uplift the next generation of leaders who will make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
The MANUP Leadership Academy is an 8-week transformative development program specifically crafted to empower Black Men in their relentless pursuit of leadership excellence. This purposeful cohort is specifically designed to equip Black men with essential tools, resources, and unwavering support to conquer unique challenges and achieve remarkable success in their careers and homes. By harnessing their full potential, the MANUP Leadership Academy aims to empower Black men to make profound and enduring positive impacts within their communities, becoming influential leaders not only in their professional lives but also in their homes.
